Return Process

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email to ensure your premium electronics are tracked and insured during transit.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the product in its original Sennheiser boxing and secure it within a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage to the sensitive acoustic components.
